1. Submission Process

• No Fees: Submitting and publishing content (covers/features) is always free of charge for photographers and models. There are no hidden fees or mandatory purchases.
• Model of the Month: All selected magazine covers are published and featured as our official „Model of the Month“ on our platform.
• Review: Every submission is reviewed by our editorial team. Submitting your work does not guarantee automatic publication. We select content based on quality and editorial fit.

2. Image Rights & Licenses

• Copyright: You retain full copyright to your images at all times.
• Usage License: Upon successful submission and a formal agreement to publish, you grant THE PURE FASHION MAGAZINE a non-exclusive, perpetual license for the editorial display of the images on our website and digital channels.
• Portfolio Rights: Because this is a non-exclusive license, you are free to continue using your images for your own portfolio, social media, or other publications.

3. Exclusive Features

• If your submission involves a planned „Exclusive Feature,“ we will discuss the exact scope of exclusivity transparently and individually in advance. There are no hidden obligations.

4. Data Protection & Retention

• The submitted files will be used by our team exclusively for editorial presentation and layout purposes within THE PURE FASHION MAGAZINE.

5. Binding Terms

• Contractual details that go beyond these general terms will be agreed upon individually only in the event of a specific selection prior to final publication.

By uploading your images via our submission portal, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the image material and accept the terms outlined above.
